Our team arrives 1 hour before your event, sets up the full enclosure, projector, launch monitor, and simulation software — at no extra charge.

          Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled setup time. The $100 deposit is strictly non-refundable. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) are subject to 50% of the remaining balance. Rescheduling may be available at MK Golf Club's discretion with 7+ days notice.

Liability Waiver & Release

Every participant who uses the simulator or enters the active hitting area must sign this waiver before play begins. Minors require a parent or guardian signature.

Golf Simulator Waiver & Release

In consideration for being allowed the use of the Golf Simulator as a spectator or participant in the Activities at MK Golf Club LLC, I hereby expressly agree and contract on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns to the following:

1. Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE MK Golf Club LLC, their officers, agents, or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in such Activity, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Releasees. This applies to the fullest extent allowed by law.

2. Assumption of Risk

I am fully aware of the risks and hazards, both known and unknown, connected with the Activity. I understand these Activities include the use of golf balls that may result in errant shots and ricochets, risking injuries to the eyes, head, face, and body. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury.

3. Indemnification

I further agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that Releasees may incur due to my participation in said Activities.

4. Safety Rules and Conduct

Clearance: Check surroundings to ensure no persons are in the vicinity before swinging.
Designated Areas: Only swing clubs within the designated simulator area.
Caution Lines: Ensure all persons are behind the designated caution line before swinging.
Tripping Hazards: Acknowledge that hitting platforms can move and create tripping hazards.
Prohibitions: No food or drinks past the caution line.
Alcohol: Control consumption so as not to become a risk to myself or others.

5. Parent or Guardian Waiver (for Minors)

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor under 18 attending with me. I acknowledge that the Minor is physically capable and has no pre-existing conditions that would endanger them or others, and that the Minor will be under my constant supervision.

6. Media Release & Governing Law

I acknowledge that MK Golf Club LLC may take photographs or recordings of me or any minor for promotional and advertising purposes. This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Common questions

How much room do I need?

You need a minimum of 18 feet wide, 20 feet deep, and 12 feet tall. The surface must be firm, level, and flat — clear of furniture, debris, and overhead obstacles like ceiling fans. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you assess your space.

Do I need to know how to golf?

Not at all. Our on-site attendant will walk guests through everything. The simulator has interactive games like Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin that are fun even if you've never swung a club. We welcome complete beginners.

Do you provide clubs and balls?

Yes — every rental includes one set of standard adult clubs, golf balls, and a professional hitting mat. If your group needs additional clubs, feel free to bring your own. Junior clubs are available upon request with at least 48 hours advance notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

The $100 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled setup time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to 50% of the remaining balance. Rescheduling may be available with 7+ days notice at MK Golf Club's discretion.

Can I extend my rental during the event?

Extensions are subject to MK Golf Club's approval and must be paid at the time of approval. If you know you might want extra time, we recommend booking a longer package upfront.

What if the weather is bad?

If MK Golf Club determines that rain, high winds, thunderstorms, or lightning poses a safety risk, we may cancel or reschedule. If cancelled before setup begins, you may reschedule subject to availability or receive a full refund of your deposit. If inclement weather begins after setup, remaining time is prorated hourly. To mitigate weather risk, you may provide a professional-grade pop-up tent (minimum 15×15 ft coverage).

We run GSPro — one of the most realistic golf simulation platforms available. GSPro offers hundreds of accurately modeled real-world courses, ultra-precise ball tracking, and immersive gameplay for all skill levels. Whether you want to play Pebble Beach or compete in mini-games, GSPro delivers a premium experience.
